From Chef and Owner of Trattoria Timone Restaurant
I am pleased to introduce myself as Chef Michel Fronteddu. I have been the
chef of Trattoria Timone Ristorante for 17 years. Currently I am the
longest standing chef in any one restaurant in Oakville. The reason for my
longevity is due to my dedication to quality, creativity, and consistency, along
with my versatility to accommodate all special needs and requests of you my
valued customers.
Together with my wife Anna, we have gone to great lengths to build a unique
setting here at our new location. We have achieved this through hard work,
dedication and our commitment to creating the best possible product and
atmosphere. We are very proud to say that everything on our menu is prepared
fresh daily. We do not use any artificial flavors, food colorings, or MSG's. There
are not many restaurants that can give you that guarantee. We believe that by
using the freshest possible ingredients, along with our product knowledge and
experience, there is no need to use unnatural products.
The trend today is using organic, free range and wild products. I work very
closely with my suppliers to provide me with the freshest natural products that
are to be served in our fine cuisine. Should you have any questions or concerns
with our products feel free to ask any of our staff. We will be happy to provide
you with answers.
Our kitchen is made up of strictly professional staff and also apprentices who
are training at Trattoria for their culinary future. Along with our great
professional service, we believe this has been the secret to our success.
As a family owned business we are dedicated to bringing you the best possible
dining experience. It is our hope that your experience will create a long lasting
